Crosslinx Job Opportunities

We are pleased to introduce CTS’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which is live effective immediately.  

This means that there is now a centralized job posting process and database for all external applicants.   Our HR team will use this system to manage all applications and provide candidates with feedback during the recruitment process.  Furthermore, should a role not be available immediately, we will also be able to quickly go into the database in future to see existing applicants.  All applicants interested in joining CTS are encouraged to create or upload a candidate profile in the ATS.

General Guidelines:

  • Click on “Job Opportunities” to be directed into our application system.
    • Moving forward, all current open jobs will be posted to the website.
    • Applicants are asked to submit their resumes either to jobs posted or can create a general application to CTS for future/upcoming opportunities.
    • All resumes  previously sent have been uploaded to the ATS. An email will be sent to each applicant providing them with login information and encouraging them to update their profile

The Secondment Process will continue as previously outline.  At this point, the ATS is focused on applicants external to CTS and its parent companies.
