Our client, based in Toronto , ON, is a leading condominium and high rise development firm. We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to take the lead on all development projects.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop, oversee, negotiate contractual agreements
• Plan and prepare schedules and monitor progress
• Procurement activities
• Prepare progress reports and issue status reports
• Oversee designs, review drawings and specifications
• Authorize change notices

Qualifications and Assets:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Sciences or other relevant field
• PMP certification would be a strong asset
• Minimum ten (10) years project management experience
• Direct experience in high-rise construction is a must

Working Conditions:

• Salary $100k – $130k based on experience
