We’re looking for a Tool Crib Coordinator to join our team in Toronto!

The Tool Crib Coordinator is an essential role that supports the effective maintenance of construction assets and will support the Tool Crib Manager and other team members, which are  a crucial group within the business.

  OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clerical duties and administrative tasks to support the Tool Crib Manager and team
  • Receive electronic requisitions from site for tool deliveries
  • Schedule and administrate the shipping and receiving of hand tools, machine tools, and other equipment to various site locations for Modern Niagara
  • Document verification – receipt of equipment, identify back orders of items as received compared to those listed on Packing Slips/Bills of Lading/Invoices
  • Maintains records of tools and equipment annual and bi-annual certifications and calibrations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with end users for special requests and deliveries
  • Provide status and condition reporting to Team Leader. Adhere to the Vendor performance management process.
  • As required, participate in special projects
  • Record keeping and filing as needed

 

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

•   Post secondary education ideal

  •  Experience working independently and supporting multiple people
  •  Experience working in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
  •  Ability to multitask and effectively communicate using various tools such as email and phone
  • Organized – detail oriented
  • Able to work in a team or independently
